San Diego, CA- Equity Based Services, Inc. (“EBS”), a private real estate investment and management firm, and Pilot Equity Partners, LLC, a Private Equity Fund announced today that they have acquired The Storage Place at 7020 North Camino Martin in Marana, AZ.
The Storage Place is approximately 7/10 of a mile east of Interstate 10 and 19 miles northwest of Tucson International Airport and 11 miles northwest of downtown Tucson. The Storage Place is made up of 510 storage units. The units consist of 273 climate-controlled, 185 non-climate controlled and 52 outdoor RV parking spaces. The parking area has been approved for an additional 18,500 square feet of storage.
There are plans for minor capital improvements, repositioning of management, and eventual expansion to greatly increase the value of this property.
