Gregg Caledonia
Mr. Caledonia’s seasoned background in development and building is represented by a successful track record in many states including California, Nevada and Hawaii, in which he holds contractor licenses. His accomplishments during his term as president of Advantage Tennis Courts, Inc., include responsibility for development and construction of tennis facilities and recreational areas totaling more than $100,000,000.00 in project value. Currently, Mr. Caledonia, in collaboration with RDS, Colorado, is managing land projects that include the development of 400 acres for 2.5 acres home sites and an additional 50 acres for commercial development. With SRK he participates in acquisition, planning and land expansion in Arizona for a 50,000 square foot storage facility and leads the purchase and expansion of All American Storage near Port Charlotte, Florida. Furthermore, Mr. Caledonia has assisted EBS in the development of Golden Acres Mini Storage.

Troy Downing
Mr. Downing has a strong background in technology, private equity and deal structuring as well as entrepreneurial and opportunistic investment. Mr. Downing began his career as a research scientist and teacher at New York University. A founder of WebCal, Inc., a technology company, Mr. Downing led this one-person start up through funding, operational growth and ultimately by reaching their goal through a successful merger with Yahoo! Inc. Mr. Downing is known in the Silicon Valley for his impressive track record of fund participation with a focus on funding technology start-up companies. Among other responsibilities, Mr. Downing took on the performance of due diligence for potential portfolio companies of Angel Investors, LP, of which he was a partner.

Eric Kaplan
Mr. Eric Kaplan is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Equity Based Services as well as All American Property Management. He is a licensed Financial Advisor and has extensive property management experience. He holds a Series 7 Securities license, a Series 66 Financial Advisors license, a Managed Futures/Options license, and a Life Insurance license. Eric Kaplan also has a B.A. in Fine Arts and a Masters Degree in Fine Arts. Eric Kaplan negotiated the acquisition of and performed the pre-closing due diligence inspections for commercial real estate income properties totaling more than 200 million ($200,000,000). Eric Kaplan oversees all manners of operation for more than 50 commercial real estate properties throughout the United States.

Howard Kaplan
Mr. Howard Kaplan holds a Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School. He has a broad experience in real estate finance, site investment analysis, and commercial property income and expense analysis. Mr. Kaplan has successfully negotiated the acquisitions of commercial properties and institutional commercial loans throughout the United States for over 35 years.

Steve Kaplan
Mr. Stephen Kaplan holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in investigative research and a B.A. in Communications from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He holds a Real Estate Brokers license in California and has worked in the national commercial real estate industry since 1995. Throughout his career in this sector, Mr. Kaplan has been providing due diligence acquisition and negotiation and pre-closing due diligence for income properties totaling more than ninety million dollars ($90,000,000.00).
